The chronicle on this page is from Séfi & Mortimer. That list is left intact and unmolested here, apart from a couple of provisional additions marked with a star (*). Not included below are the Jammu-plate reprints (if that is indeed what they are). They consist of the ½a+1a brown-red, ½a steel-blue, and possibly a vermilion, blue-green, yellow-green, and deep blue.
Séfi & Mortimer’s reckoning of the oilcolor circular reprints on the native and wove papers are given below. The woves are reported as occuring on both toned and smooth white varieties. Only the ½a black, ½a vermilion and ½a green on native paper are likely to be in contention with originals. The 1a chocolate toned wove is said to be particularly rare. A few rather commonly encounted items do not fit satisfyingly into the S&M’s chronicle. The abbreviations we have used throughout are:

This information is taken from Séfi & Mortimer. The early lilac printings of the Visitor’s plate are not included because those are the only representatives from that plate. The 2a entries below are all State II of the plate. It is not obvious that the rare State I versions in lilac are reprints proper in any case.
